Alison Ramos enters her first season as volunteer assistant coach at USC.

2012: Ramos finished her senior season ranked No. 76 in the nation in ITA doubles with teammate Danielle Lao and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team with Lao for going undefeated at the No. 3 doubles position... Reached the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinals with Lao... Named to Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team... Finished season 18-12 overall in singles, going 13-4 in dual matches... Was 3-0 at No. 5 and 10-4 at No. 6... Was undefeated at 6-0 in Pac-12 dual matches... In doubles, was 23-6 overall with Lao, going 20-4 in dual matches... Went 9-3 at No. 2 and 11-1 at No. 3.

2011: Ramos finished her junior season ranked No. 28 in the nation in ITA doubles with Valeria Pulido... Appeared in the NCAA First Round of doubles with Pulido... Named to Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team... Was named Pac-10 Player of the Week after sweeping in doubles and singles at Oregon and WSU... Finished the season 11-21 overall in singles, going 9-13 in dual matches... Was 2-0 at No. 2, 2-5 at No. 3, 4-5 at No. 4 and 1-3 at No. 5... Went 28-13 overall in doubles, going 14-8 in dual matches... Was 18-10 overall with Pulido, going 5-6 in dual matches with a 3-2 mark at No. 1 and 2-4 at No. 2... Also went 10-3 overall with Cristala Andrews, with a 9-2 mark in dual matches playing primarily at No. 3 (9-2) and at No. 2 (1-0)... Entered the spring ranked No. 11 in the nation in ITA doubles with Valeria Pulido... In the fall, Ramos was ranked No. 19 in the nation in singles... Went 1-5 in fall singles, competing at the ITA/Riviera All-American, Southwest Regionals and USTA/ITA National Indoors... In fall doubles, went 12-2 with Valeria Pulido, working through prequalifying and qualifying to reach the ITA/Riviera All-American quarterfinals and winning the ITA Southwest Regional Doubles Championship... Also reached the USTA/ITA National Indoor doubles quarterfinals.

2010: Ramos finished her sophomore season ranked No. 29 in the nation in singles... Earned All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention, and was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team... Reached the NCAA Singles Round of 32 and the Pac-10 Singles Championships Round of 16... Went 26-17 overall in singles, including a 13-8 mark in dual-match play... Played at the No. 2 (12-8) and No. 3 (1-0) positions... In doubles, Went 20-9 overall, going 17-6 in dual matches... Went 13-4 overall with Danielle Lao, going 9-2 at the No. 2 position and 2-0 at No. 3... Also went 5-4 with Valeria Pulido at No. 2 and 1-0 with Sarah Fansler at No. 2... Entered the spring ranked No. 39 in the nation in ITA singles... During the fall, was ranked No. 53 in the ITA preseason singles rankings... Went 9-6 in fall singles, reaching the ITA All-American consolation semifinals and the ITA Regionals quarterfinals... Went 1-1 in fall doubles with Fansler at the Duals in the Desert.

2009: Ramos finished her freshman season at USC ranked No. 75 in singles and No. 75 in doubles with Maria Sanchez... Was second on the team in total singles wins with a 27-12 overall record, including an 18-6 record in dual matches... Went 1-0 at No. 3, 7-2 at No. 4 and 10-4 at the No. 5 position in singles... Clinched USC's historic 5-2 win over Stanford in Pac-10 play... Reached the Pac-10 Tournament Round of 16 in singles... In doubles, was 23-11 overall including a 13-5 record in dual match play with Sanchez at the No. 2 (4-5) and No. 3 (9-0) positions... Also went 3-1 at No. 3 with Cristala Andrews... Played in the first round of Pac-10 Invitational doubles with Elizabeth Marsico... Ranked No. 36 in the ITA preseason singles rankings and No. 53 in doubles with Sanchez... During the fall, went 6-2 in singles and 6-2 in doubles... Competed in Riviera/ITA All-American Pre-Qualifying and won five straight matches at the ITA Regionals before falling in the title match to teammate Sanchez... Went 4-2 in doubles with Sanchez to reach the Riviera/ITA All-American Qualifying Consolation quarterfinals... Reached ITA Regionals quarterfinals in doubles with Lyndsay Kinstler.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ramos is a 2008 graduate of Troy High in Fullerton, Calif... Won the 2008 Southern Section CIF singles title as a senior... Named Orange County Player of the Year in 2006 and 2007 by the Orange County Register... A National High School All-American... Won league singles titles in 2005, 2006 and 2007... Won the girls 18 singles title at the 2007 Roxy Championships... Also won 2008 Women's Open Adoption Guild Classic Championship... Compete with the Maze Cup SoCal Team in 2005, 2006 and 2008 and Fed Cup SoCal Team in 2006, 2007 and 2008... A member of the National Honor Society, held a 3.95 GPA.

PERSONAL: Alison Grace Ramos was born April 25, 1990 in Torrance, Calif... Daughter of Grace and Eugene Ramos... Has one sister, Genelyne... Her god-sister is former USC tennis player Judy DeVera... Lists Martina Hingis as her biggest sports hero... Would like to some day visit London, Thailand and the Caribbean... Majoring in human performance with plans to pursue a career in sports medicine.
