 Thomas Liversage
Thomas Liversage is currently serving his fourth year as an assistant men's tennis coach at The University of Tulsa. The Hurricane has posted a 57-28 record in his first three years, and the team has reached the NCAA Tournament each year. Tulsa advanced to the NCAA Round of 16 for the first program history in 2011 and earned a berth in the Round of 16 in 2012.

Liversage also helped coach two C-USA Players of the Year (Marcelo Arevalo, Ashley Watling), two C-USA Freshmen of the Year (Arevalo, Japie De Klerk), six all-conference performers, five nationally ranked individuals and four ranked doubles teams.

Liversage came to Tulsa after serving as an assistant coach on the University of San Diego staff in 2008-09. He helped guide the Toreros to a West Coast Conference Championship finals appearance. San Diego also spent a total of 11 weeks ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association national team poll, including a season-high ranking of No. 50 from Feb. 3-18.

Before joining the San Diego coaching staff, Liversage enjoyed a successful playing career with the Toreros from 2004-08. He was a four-year letterwinner, a six-time All-West Coast Conference selection and an NCAA Championship participant in both singles and doubles.

The Welkom, South Africa, native finished his senior season at San Diego in 2007-08 with a 24-12 singles record and an NCAA Singles Championship selection. Liversage finished the season as the No. 53-ranked singles player in the nation by the ITA, after starting the spring season with a career-high No. 29 national singles ranking. He was named first team all-WCC in both singles and doubles after helping guide the Toreros to a 12-11 record and a No. 54 final national team ranking.

Liversage earned first team all-WCC singles and second team all-WCC doubles honors as a junior during the 2006-07 season. He also finished his junior campaign ranked No. 100 in the final ITA national singles rankings. As a sophomore, Liversage participated in the NCAA Doubles Championship with partner Pierrick Ysern. The duo finished the season with an 11-4 record and a No. 32 final national doubles ranking. Liversage also earned first team all-WCC doubles and second team all-WCC singles accolades for his efforts during the 200-06 season.
