Big-hitting freshman with great attacking and power game...plays a quick, up-tempo style where he maintains his position on the baseline while hitting on the rise...relies on huge first and second serves and aggressive ground strokes...another strength is his punishing return of serves...displays quiet temperament and humble demeanor but is quickly becoming more confident and versatile...his naturally soft hands around the net are allowing him to develop a more confident net game...likely to play in the top-half of the Tide's line-up next spring after sitting this year as a redshirt...

Luigi helped lead Sunset high to two state championships... he was also selected to represent the Bahamas in Davis Cup play, which he will do in the spring of 2004... Luigi defeated Notre Dame’s former No.  1 and current tour player Casey Smith durign a 2003 summer USTA professional futures event... he won  three matches in the tourney while reaching the final round in the Decatur, Ill. USTA future in 2003...

Luigi’s cousin is Apostolis Tsagarakis, a 2003 All-American swimmer for Alabama... Luigi has one sister, Cristina (21)... Parents are Giuseppe and Katerina D’Agord... Born on October 10, 1984
