ALABAMA HIGHLIGHTS

Koppelle brought an instant impact to the Crimson Tide in her freshman campaign, playing in the No. 5 and No. 6 singles positions.  Her 21 singles wins in 2002-2003 were the most of any returning Crimson Tide player this season.  Nathalie has dealt with multiple injuries this year, but has played through the pain.  An avid player who loves to practice, Nathalie has compiled a 2-5 record against ranked opponents this season and a 4-6 non-conference mark.  She is 16-15 in doubles, playing at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions.  She was 6-5 against the SEC while teaming up with Millie Begovic, Melissa Minor and Mari Muller.  A pre-business major, she is on the Dean’s List and won the Freshman Award for Athletes in Business last year.
