AT GEORGIA
As a Senior:
Fall: Picked up his first victory of the season at the Napa Valley Challenge, a straight-set victory over Vaclav Burger of California...recorded another straight-set win over Kazuya Otani of South Carolina in the Bulldog Scramble.

As a Junior:
Spring: Did not see any dual-match action. Fall: Participated in only one event during the fall portion of the season while going through rehabilitaiton for an injury...went 0-2 at the Bulldog Scramble in Athens.

As a Sophomore:
Spring: Did not see any dual-match action. Fall: Posted 1-6 singles record...transfer from Georgia Tech...recorded his first win as a Bulldog with a straight-set victory against Cal’s Jeff King at the Napa Valley Tennis Challenge...it was also Georgia’s first win in the event ... played fall doubles with fellow transfer Jason Varela ...posted first win as a Bulldog with a victory in the first round of the Georgia Tech Fall Classic in Atlanta...went 0-1 in singles and doubles at the 2003 SEC Coaches’ Indoor Championships in Norcross.

As a Freshman:
Played at Georgia Tech...posted a 6-8 overall singles record, including a 1-0 mark in dual-match play...had a 2-2 doubles mark and went 1-1 with teammate West Nott.

Juniors:
George Walton...four-year letterwinner under head coach Gary Johannes ...played both No. 1 and No. 3 at Walton...helped lead the team to regional titles three times (1998, 2000, 2001) along with a runner-up finish in 2000...earned first-team All-Cobb County honors in both 2000 and 2001...named to the 2001 All-Metro Atlanta team by the Atlanta Journal Constitution...a member of the honor roll at Walton all four years and earned Principal’s Honor Roll status in 1999 and 2000.
