2000-01: Was college tennis' youngest player at the age of 17…Graduated early from high school to enter UK in January…Impressive early season wins over No. 90 Chris Porter of Ohio State and Roberto Fernandez of ETSU that clinched the winning point for UK…Clinched UK's 4-3 victory over Vanderbilt with a 6-4, 7-6 victory over Chad Harris…Played key role in many of UK's victories over top teams including, No. 18 Alabama, No. 24 Arkansas and No. 14 Mississippi State with a 6-3, 6-0 win over No. 71 Rene Combette…Went undefeated at the No.3 position at the NCAA Regionals…Saw doubles action with Pousette for most of the season, posting a 6-4 record…Finished 14-14 in singles action where he played mainly at the No. 2 position…Won the National Clay Courts Doubles Championship with partner Jesse Witten with a win over Peter Shults and Jonathan Stokke (7-6, 5-7, 7-6).
