JUNIOR (FALL 2003): Picked up her first win of the fall against N.C. State’s Danielle Stadelmann in flight No. 6 of the St. Mary’s Fall Classic...Tallied two more wins at the adidas Collegiate Invitational, including a 6-0, 6-2 victory over Louisville’s Paige Eber to reach the quarterfinals of the consolation round...Added to her win total with a pair of triumphs at the SEC Coaches Fall Classic over Auburn’s Liz Sauerborn and Mississippi State’s Yumi Ueda...Teamed up with Ashley Robards to notch two more wins in doubles flight two at the St. Mary’s Classic...Registered another pair of wins along with partner Blakeley Griffith at the SEC Classic.

 

SOPHOMORE (2002-03): Compiled a 6-3 singles record while filling in at the No. 4 and No. 6 spots during the dual match season...Played at No. 4 singles for UT’s first seven matches, recording a 4-3 mark...Picked up back-to-back three-set decisions in Tennessee’s hard-fought 5-2 road victories over Purdue and Illinois on Feb. 1 and 2, respectively...Has proven she is capable of winning when it counts, thanks to a 4-2 record in matches pushed to a third and decisive set...Was hampered by injuries during the fall, limiting her play significantly…Still managed to amass a 4-4 singles mark during the fall...Recorded two wins at the St. Mary’s Fall Classic and triumphs at the June Stewart Invitational and SEC Coaches Tournament…Took third place at St. Mary’s with a 7-5, 6-1 win over Carmen Torres of N.C. State…Teamed up with Tammy Encina at No. 2 doubles for six of the Lady Vols’ first seven dual matches...The pair started with three straight wins over Middle Tennessee State, Michigan and Purdue...During the fall, teamed up with Melissa Schaub at the SEC Coaches Tournament to go 2-2...Earned Lady Vol Honor Roll recognition for her strong work in the classroom.

 

FRESHMAN (2001-02): Kray gained valuable playing experience despite suffering from numerous injuries during her first season with the Lady Vols…Finished with an 8-15 singles record…Saw her first action at the St. Mary’s Health System Fall Classic…Won her first collegiate match at the June Stewart Invitational against Whitney Collins of Kentucky, 2-6, 6-0, 7-6…Also competed at the Omni Hotels Southeast Regional Championships, the Southern Intercollegiate and the SEC Coaches Tournament during the fall…Completed the fall with a 5-10 record…Put together a string of three straight victories from Jan. 19 to Jan. 27, two of which came in dual matches…Saw action in three dual matches in April against Florida, South Carolina and Georgia…Was 14-13 in doubles with Vilmarie Castellvi, Crystal Cleveland, Kim Gates, Majen Immink and Ashley Robards…Finished 5-3 with Cleveland and Immink as well…Spent most of doubles play at No. 3, where she was 7-6…Was 7-7 in doubles competition during dual meets…Kray was named to the Lady Vol Honor Roll for her academic success.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-sport athlete in high school, she played volleyball, basketball and tennis…Member of the 2000 PNW Junior Fed Cup team, which placed eighth overall…Kray has been rated in Canada’s top 10 in the under-14, under-16 and under-18 divisions…She was rated No. 1 in the under-18 division of open singles and doubles in British Columbia before she entered UT…Played for the British Columbia team at the Western Canada Summer Games and helped the squad finish first while taking the doubles title.
