Led the team with 17 singles wins in the fall ... won four straight singles matches to advance to the semifinals and split a pair of doubles matches with partner Andrew Simpson at the ITA National Summer Championships at Indiana University ... won four straight singles matches to win top flight at North Carolina’s Kickoff Classic ... split two matches in the top singles flight and went 3-1 in doubles play with partner Mike Murray at the Virginia Invitational ... went 2-2 in singles play at the Southeastern Collegiate Invitational with straight set wins over Greg Archer from North Carolina #50 Saber Kadari from Virginia Tech ... won four straight singles matches in the pre-qualifying tournament of the All-American Championships, including a straight set victory over Matt Behrmann from Florida, to advance to the qualifying tournament ... won two singles matches to advance to the Round of 16 at the Regional Championships ... beat David Emery from Virginia Tech in straight sets of first round singles at Virginia Tech Invitational, lost in the second round, but then the next three to win out of consolation play, including victories of Hokies Michael Kurz and Angel Diankov.

Earned All-ACC honors with a 6-2 conference record at the No. 2 position … finished the year with a 30-13 singles record, ranking third all-time in school history … went 14-7 in dual singles play, including a 9-6 mark at the No. 2 position … started the spring at No. 3 singles, went 5-1 and then moved up to No. 2 … finished the year 16-14 in doubles play, including a 14-13 mark with partner Justin Kaufmann … played all but one dual match at the No. 3 position in doubles, ending the spring with an even 10-10 record, including a 3-3 mark in conference play … advanced to the third round of singles play and the second round of the doubles draw at the ACC Indoor Championships ... raced to a 13-4 singles record in the fall … won four singles matches in a row at the Southern Collegiate Championships in Athens, GA, before falling in the semifinals … put together a 4-3 mark in fall doubles play, splitting a pair with teammate Mike Murray and going 3-2 with Kaufmann - including a 3-0 showing at the South Florida Fall Classic.
