Rachel Aldridge
Rachel is in her second season as an assistant coach with the Pirates in 2012-13. A four-year standout for Whitworth, she graduated in 2011. She was a four-time First Team All-Northwest Conference honoree and was voted as NWC Player of the Year during her senior season (2011). She was also selected by conference coaches as the NWC Sportswoman of the Year in 2010. She then received the NCAA West Region Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship Award from the ITA during her senior season. She is also currently working toward her master's degree in school counseling.
