2011 Pac-10 Championships: Andersson and Juricova Claim Doubles Crown
The Pac-10 Championships were held in Ojai, CA at Libbey Park on April 28 - May 1. Leading the way for Cal at the tournament were the top-ranked doubles team of senior Mari Andersson and junior Jana Juricova. The duo took the Championship Doubles title on Sunday with their thrilling three-set victory over USC's fifth-ranked team of Kaitlyn Christian and Maria Sanchez, 7-6 (10-8), 4-6, 6-1.

The Golden Bears became the first Cal pair to win the title since Christina Fusano and Raquel Kops-Jones secured back-to-back trophies in 2002 and 2003. It is the seventh time in the history of the Pac-10 championships that a team from Cal has won the doubles crown. With the win, the pair also secured an automatic bid into the 32 team field at the NCAA Doubles Championship.

In singles play, freshman Alice Duranteau won her sixth straight singles match as she took out Arizona's Susan McRann in the invitational final, 6-3, 7-5.
