The strong Rodriguez returns to Kennesaw State after a season of peaks and valleys in 2002. A formidable and powerful doubles player, Kamilla was 12-5 in matches last year. Teaming primarily with Loraine Rosmuller, the No. 2 tandem was 11-5 and had the best doubles winning percentage on the squad. Rodriguez also teamed with Maria Rubert for one match, a win against Ferris State on March 14. She finished the singles season with a 2-4 mark at No. 3 and a 2-3 record playing at No. 4. The highlight of last season for Kamilla came against Columbus State when she defeated Marianne Berry 6-3, 6-4 after trailing in the second set 4-2, facing three set points. 

Kamilla's parents are Vera and Nelson Rodriguez...she has a younger sister Thalitta (16)...has a dog named Argus...her favorite athlete is tennis great Guga, Gustavo Kuerten...she enjoys watching Red Dragon and Kamilla is a big fan of Brad Pitt...when she is not on the court, Kamilla loves to go out and enjoy the city life...she likes all music, but mostly techno...she most admires her parents and grandparents...she has yet to decide on a major at Kennesaw State.
