Megan is back for her senior season after finishing the regular season with a 5-3 record playing at No. 6 singles in 2002. She began the season with three straight wins in matches against Clark Atlanta, UNC Pembroke and Ferris State. George teamed with three different doubles partners last season while playing all three flights. She paired with Eva Andrews where the team won at No. 1 singles against Georgia Perimeter. George then joined Carolyn Ward where the twosome won at No. 3 doubles against Georgia College & State University.

Megan is the daughter of Marilyn George...she has a brother W. Thomas (19)...she is a big fan of Atlanta Brave outfielder Chipper Jones and is a fan of both the Braves and the Detroit Red Wings...Megan likes all food but is partial to Chinese, Mexican and she is always ready for a slice of pizza...Megan enjoys being outdoors and her favorite things to do off the court are mountain biking, camping and going to the movies...an avid traveler, her favorite city is London and her favorite vacation spot is St. Thomas...Megan is a Health and Exercise Science major.
