Fanselow, ranked #10 in the Campbell’s/ITA Collegiate singles rankings, lost 6-3. 6-3 to Kentucky’s Quigley, who is listed as the #3 singles player in the NCAA.

To get to the consolation finals, Fanselow recorded four solid wins to bring his season record to 4-2. His only losses have come to top-10 ranked players.

The Waves return to action next weekend, Oct. 14-16, when they compete at the Battle of the Bay Classic in San Francisco, Calif.
