Rochester won five of six singles matches in straight sets and went on to a 9-0 victory over Hobart College.

Five men wound up as double winners: Brian Bowman, Bennett Peterson, Patrick Sheehan, Brian Schmeer and Matt Volkov. The only singles winner not to play doubles was Jeff Zink. He was a 6-4, 6-3 winner over Mike Kofman at #5 singles.

Bowman defeated Kevin Kent, 1 and 2, at #1 singles. Peterson was a 3 and 3 winner over Harry King at #2. Peterson and Bowman combined to defeat Kent and King, 8-1, at first doubles.

Sheehan defeated Adam Cohn, 4 and 3, at #4 singles. His doubles partner was Volkov. They defeated Bates and Sipilief, 8-4, at #2 doubles. Volkov downed Walter Green, 7-6 (7-1), 6-4 at #6 singles. 

Schmeer won, 1 and 2, over Kevin Bates at #3 singles. Schmeer paired with Dan Barbash to defeat Cohn and Kofman, 9-7, at third doubles.
