Women's Tennis Drops 6-1 Decision to Georgia Tech

Atlanta, Ga. - The Boston College women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to ACC opponent #6 Georgia Tech on Saturday afternoon.

The loss drops the Eagles to 7-10 overall, 2-7 ACC competition.

The Eagles lost all three matches in doubles competition and picked up their only point of the match from senior Lauren Cash in the No. 3 singles position.

Cash defeated the Yellow Jackets Noelle Hickey 7-6, 7-6 to pick up one point for the Eagles.

BC continues its roadtrip with a second ACC match against Clemson on Sunday April 5 before returning home for a midweek match-up with cross-town rival Boston University.
