Kaysara Mandry of Seffner, Fla., has signed a National-Letter-of-Intent to continue her tennis career at the University of Louisville announced U of L head women's Mark Beckham.

Ranked as high as 33 in the state of Florida, she was a standout at Bloomingdale High School. She is rated in the Top 50 players of the Senior Class by Tennisrecruiting.net, the Recruiting service for all high school tennis players.

She is an ITF tournaments qualifier. A strong student, she is a member of the National Honors Society and is academically ranked in the top 20% of all Hillsborough county students graduating in 2009.

" I am so glad that Kaysara Mandry will be joining the University of Louisville Women's Tennis Team. She is a very talented and athletic player," said Beckham. " She has a very high ceiling as far as how good she can be and I know she wants to work as hard as possible to reach her potential. She is one of those players that has consistently gotten better throughout her junior career and is still on the way up with her game. She is definitely not a finished product which has me really looking forward to see how big of an impact she is going to have on the program.

Kaysara, along with three incoming freshmen who signed in the fall, Beckham believes this recruiting class should be rated as one of the best in the country.

"Louisville Women's Tennis is looking very good for the future," said Beckham.
