RICHMOND, Ky. -- Eastern Illinois women’s tennis lost at Eastern Kentucky on Saturday by a 5-2 score. The Ohio Valley Conference defeats drop the Panther women to 4-8 (1-2).
The Panthers picked up the important doubles point via the No. 1 and No. 2 duos of Amanda Dibbs/Merritt Whitley and Annie Egan/Cara Huck.
Unfortunately, Eastern only secured one singles win as Egan battled for a 6-1, 5-7, 10-7 win at No. 6 singles.
