CHARLESTON, Ill.- Eastern Illinois women's tennis dropped the squad's home and season finale on Sunday, losing to Austin Peay, 7-0.
The EIU women (6-12, 3-6 OVC) lost all six singles matches and all three doubles matches to Austin Peay (16-3, 8-1 OVC). Cara Huck and Annie Egan were able to push their singles opponents to three sets but couldn't salvage a victory.
The season ends for EIU as the team will not play in the OVC Championship to be held in Paducah, Ky. on April 16-18.
