College Tennis News - No. 23 Anteaters Win Fourth Match of the Week, Trump Aggies 4-0

IRVINE, Calif. --- UCI women's tennis made quick work of UC Davis winning 4-0 Friday afternoon at Anteater Tennis Stadium.

Early doubles wins from duos Goettsching/Smith and A. Facey/Schweyer gave UCI (13-3, 4-0) the doubles point.

No. 101 Kristina Smith paced the singles play with the 6-2, 6-3 win. Sarah Stadfelt got back in the win column, and Ali Facey provided the clincher to send UCI to its 13th win.

UCI finishes their strenuous week with four wins in four matches. It returns to the court next Saturday to host Pacific for a 11:00 a.m. match.
