Former Boise State tennis star, Eric "Robo" Roberson fell in the First round of the US Open today in a thrilling 6-4, 7-6 (3) match to Janette Husarova and Filip Polasek from the Slovakia. All of Robo's teammates, friends and fans of Boise State are so proud of Eric and his incredible accomplishment with partner Yasmin Schnack. They won eight straight matches to earn a berth in the biggest and most prestigious Mixed Doubles event in the world. Congrats Robo.
The match was extra special for Boise State due to the fact that our team captain from last year Scott Sears was at the match in New York sending the Bronco magic and love to
Robo. Photo attached is Robo in the orange and Scotty in the Blue. Got to love that Blue and Orange.
