UC Riverside - Facilities
The UC Riverside Highlanders men’s and women’s tennis teams compete at the UCR Student Recreation Center Tennis Courts. The tennis facility is located adjacent to the main Student Recreation Center Building at the corner of Aberdeen Drive and Linden Avenue.

The facility houses ten tennis courts, including a sunken center court that seats approximately 500 spectators. The sunken center court is the focal point of the facility and features many marquee matches. Spectators can comfortably enjoy a number of matches at the facility as two sets of bleachers are located adjacent to the other courts and seat about 250 fans. The third set of courts feature a berm with a green belt for fans to sit and watch matches.

Highlander pride is evident with the Highlander blue courts and blue windscreens, and the courts are adorned with the names of former UCR tennis greats, another example of UCR’s rich tennis tradition.

The tennis facility is a part of the larger UC Riverside Student Recreation Center, which has two sand volleyball courts, two basketball courts, and a full sized roller hockey rink. The rink features basketball backboards that allow it to be used as two full-length basketball courts. Finally, an eight-foot wide jogging trail surrounds the entire three-quarter of an acre complex. All the facilities are lighted for evening use.
