Personal Born on July 11th, 1987 in Honolulu, Hawaii…Parents are Kevin and Vellynn Ching…Has one sister, Lauren…Is a graduate of Iolani High School…Prior to USF he was ranked #1 in Men’s Open Singles and #2 in Men’s Open Doubles in the USTA/Hawaii Pacific Section….Was the team captain for the Varsity Tennis Team and four-year varsity letterman at Iolani as well as a four-time state qualifier for the Hawaii High School Athletic Association tournament. First team singles honors as a junior and senior…Member of Who’s Who Among American High School Athletes for 2005…Enjoys surfing, running Koko Head Center, stand up paddle board, fooseball, beating his roommates in any competition, and hanging out with his family…Currently a Senior majoring in Politics, Criminal Justice.
