2009-2010: Serves as Team captain along with fellow Seniors Asaf Cohen and Einar Hart.

2008-09: Played in one Fall tournament, the Fresno State Bulldog Classic...during the Spring played mainly No. 2 and 3 singles...played doubles at No. 2 and 3 with Einar Hart...went 5-2 with Hart in doubles action against West Coast Conference opponents. Finished with a 9-11 singles dual match record and 7-16 Doubles record. 

2007-2008: All-West Coast Conference Second Team - Doubles...participated in the Pacific Fall Tournament, ITA Northwest Regional and Chandler Cup during the Fall season...was the No. 3 singles player for USF during the spring...Played primarily No. 2 doubles with Tommy Tu during dual match action. Finished with a 7-14 dual match record and 15-7 doubles record. 

2006-2007: Competed only in the Spring Dual match season...played No. 4 singles...in doubles action, spilt time between No. 2 and 3 doubles, teaming with Torin Ching, Tommy Tu, and Asaf Cohen.  Recorded a 10-14 record in dual match singles competition and 7-16 in doubles.


Personal Born on September 9th, 1987 in Bregenz, Austria…Parents are Roman and Verena Nachbauer…Has one sister, Eva…Is a graduate of Sportgymnasium Dornbirn…Prior to USF he was the Austrian Doubles Champion for 16’s and under….Ranked top ten during his junior tenure, was the state champion several times, and had an ITF ranking of 350…Enjoys skiing, watching movies, going out and soccer…Currently a Junior majoring in Finance.  

When and where did you start playing tennis? --- I started playing tennis at seven; my mom took me to the tennis court one day to play a little bit with her.   What factors led to your decision to attend USF? --- I really like the city and the diversity at the University, besides that Coach Bartlett was another factor in my decision   Where would you like to spend a week’s vacation? --- In the Caribbean.  

What is the best/worst thing about being a college athlete? --- The best thing is that you get to know great teammates and get to go other places. Being a student-athlete takes away a lot of time and to combine with school it can be very stressful.  

What drives you as a player? --- I like the competition and the challenge to find a way to beat other players.   If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? --- I haven’t found the place yet…  

If you had a supernatural power, what would it be? --- I would like to have the power to teleport myself to any place in the world in a couple seconds.   

Who has had the greatest impact on your athletic career?  --- I think nobody…  

Name your favorite movie and favorite food.  --- James Bond movies and Orange Chicken with rice.  

What is the best thing about your hometown?
--- It is lovely small and has a little skiing area.   If you won the lottery, what is the first thing that you would buy or pay for? --- I would probably buy a car. 

What is the biggest difference between San Francisco and home? --- It is so much bigger and the American mentality is different than the European mentality.  

What class has taught you the most at USF? --- Financial Management  

What is your biggest sports accomplishment? --- Austrian National Champion U16
