 2009-2010: Thai Tu is a transfer from UC Berkeley and will have an immediate impact for the University of San Francisco Men's Tennis team for the 2009-2010 season. Reached the Semifinals of the Fresno State Bulldog Classic in his first collegiate event for USF. Participated in the Men's Professional RBS Bank of Scotland Men's $50,000 Challenger in Tiburon,CA as a WC in the qualifying event.  

2008-2009 California: Posted a 12-5 dual record in the spring...played primarily at the No. 5 position, earning a 4-2 mark...went 3-2 at No. 4, 4-1 at No. 6 and 1-0 at No. 3...opened the spring with a three match win streak with victories over Spence Medoza (Hawai'i), Youssef El Bouzkouri (Saint Mary's) and Amint Ibar (UCLA)...defeated then-No. 74 Michael Look (UCLA) in three sets...earned a straight-set victory over Alex Moreno of Pepperdine in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament...posted a 19-7 overall doubles record, including going 10-4 during the gual season at the No. 3 spot. Fall 2008 at California: Advanced to the singles semifinal at the Fresno State Bulldog Classic... advanced to the singles round of 32 at the Wilson/ITA Northern Cal Championships... picked up three wins at the Land Rover Napa Valley Tennis Classic... won six straight singles matches from Sept. 12 through Oct. 4, and eight of his first nine matches... advanced to the doubles quarterfinal with partner Jonathan Dahan at the Bulldog Classic... took home two doubles wins at the Napa Valley Classic with Bozhidar Katsarov... advanced to the doubles quarterfinal at the Wilson/ITA Northern Cal Championship with Kallim Stewart.
