2002-03 -- Was 5-1 in doubles and 5-1 in the last six singles matches of the season...finished the season with the highest win total (15) and win percentage (.600) in doubles action...teamed up with Elisa Bjorklund and Adriana Boykova to go 2-1 and 8-8, respectivley.

2001-02 (Freshman) -- Played singles at No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6...was 16-17 in singles, including 1-4 at No. 4, 8-6 at No. 5 and 1-0 at No. 6...went 5-6 in doubles in 2002, after teaming with Joanna Furdyna for a 2-0 mark at No. 3 doubles and Adriana Boykova for a 1-3 record at No. 2... the Miners went 9-1 when she won her singles match...was 10-10 in singles in dual matches and 6-7 in the fall....was 3-0 against New Mexico State, downing Caroline Blechschmidt once and Alice Tutor twice...advanced to the Round of 16 of the backdraw of the Omni Hotels Southwest Regional...after falling to Louisiana Tech's Adriana Lopez in the opening round, Spirta downed Rice's Mindy Ko, 6-0, 6-0, and Arkansas' Adriana Lopez, 6-3, 2-6, 6-4, falling to Houston's Jo Keene in the Round of 16 of the backdraw, 4-6, 6-3, 6-0...teamed with Kendall Exelby for a 2-3 mark...Spirta and Exelby combined for a first round win in doubles at the Omni Hotels Southwest Regional, when the duo downed UT-San Antonio's Nicole Bouffler and Sandra Mayr, 8-3.

PRIOR TO UTEP -- Was a top 40 juniors player in Yugoslavia...is from the same hometown, Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, as UTEP's all-time winningest player Tanja Magoc...went to high school at Svetovar Markovic in Serbia, Yugoslavia.
