The UTEP tennis team has been fortunate to call the El Pas Tennis Club home since the program was started in 1983.

The venue, the first and oldest tennis club in El Paso, has had legendary players such as Margaret Osborne DpPont and Margaret Varner train there. Vaner and DuPont are most well known for winning a doubles championship at falbed Wimbledon in 1945.

The Miners maintain a locker room and a team room at the facility, which features 15 hard courts equipped with lighting. UTEP is 76-64 at the venue since 1990, but it has gone 33-17 in the Sun City under Jamie Campbell.

The Miners have registered a school-record three straight home winning seasons under Campbell, compiling a dominant 24-9 mark during that time frame.
