2002-03 -- Found her stride this past fall, as she strung together seven consecutive victories, while capturing the New Mexico State Invitational Red Singles title...Boykova's seven-match winning streak was the third longest in program history...finished the fall with a 7-6 singles record and a 4-5 doubles mark...won three of her last four doubles matches of the season.

2001-02 (Sophomore) -- Finished her sophomore campaign with a 6-9 singles record and a 3-10 doubles mark...cracked the starting lineup in April, going 3-2 in dual matches from the No. 6 position...picked up UTEP's only point at the WAC Championships when she knocked off SMU's Allison Leuszler, 6-1, 6-3...went 3-7 in singles play during the fall, including a first round win at regionals...dropped Katie Wallace of Nicholls State, 6-1, 6-0, before falling to Texas' nationally-ranked Joanne Masongsong at the Omni Hotels Southwest Regional.

2000-01 (Freshman) -- Made the transition to collegiate tennis during the 2000-01 season...went 2-8 in singles and 6-11 in doubles play...teamed with Elisa Björklund to go 6-10 in doubles...the duo also went 2-2 in dual matches...also combined to go 2-1 at the Houston Fall Classic to finish second in doubles....then combined to snare a 9-8 win in the first round of the ITA Southwest Regional.

PRIOR TO UTEP -- Began playing competitive tennis at the age of 10 in Bulgaria, where she was a top eight player in both the Under-12 and Under-14 classifications...was a top 16 player in Under-16 and a top eight player in the Under-18 classification in Bulgaria...ranked in the Bulgarian women's top 20...played with the Levski Tennis Club in her hometown of Sofia, Bulgaria also the hometown of former Miner Academic All-American Elena Madjarova.

PERSONAL -- Boykova was born on Feb. 14, 1981 in Sofia, Bulgaria...nickname is "Adi"...parents are Antoaneta Boykova and Dimitar Boykov ...has one brother, Nikoloy (26)...plans to pursue a degree in business.
