2002-03: Finished 24-9 overall at No. 3 and No. 4 singles and went 4-0 in the conference…teamed with Viktor Zetterholm (No. 1, 10-10), Jason Tan (No. 2, 3-2) and Bob Matteson (0-2) for an overall doubles record of 13-14… highlights include posting a 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 3 singles against Arkansas-Little Rock’s Juan Carlos Baca helping the Pioneers jump out to a 3-0 lead for the fifth place match at the SBC Tournament…tied with Nejc Smole for playing the most matches for the Pioneers (34)...longest singles winning streak: 16 matches  

2001-2002: As a transfer, had a 5-3 mark playing No. 2 singles and an 8-6 record playing No. 4 singles ... went 14-12 overall in the season … was named SBC men's tennis, Player of the Week after helping Denver take 5th place at the UC-Irvine Anteater Classic with the lone win … ended the year with an 11-11 record in doubles competition. 

Before Denver: Transferred from Campbell University ... played during the 1999-00 season for the Camels ... posted an 11-6 mark playing No. 4 singles ... was 10-5 in tournaments, finishing with an overall record of 21-11 ... was 12-8 playing No. 2 doubles and posted a 6-2 tally in doubles during the Camels' tournaments to close with an overall 18-10 doubles mark…ranked in the top 100 in Austria during his high school career in 1999 ... earned a top-10 ranking during his junior tennis career ... won numerous tournaments including the International GAK-open in Graz, Austria, in 1999, and earned a spot in the semifinals of the Styrian Championships that same year ... played in the Austrian Tennis League with professionals Oliver Gross (Germany), Marko Menescinceri (Italy) and Gilbert Schaller (Austria).

Personal: Son of Manfred and Maria Gaber … majoring in international business … chose the University of Denver because it is near the mountains and for the reputation of the business school … enjoys skiing and mountain biking … has one sister, Katrin … born January 16, 1981.
