The Ragin Cajuns look ahead to the 2011-12 season with great optimism.  The Cajuns are a significantly better team than last year adding 3 new starters and still getting there other 3 starters back from last year.  The team will be anchored in the top of the lineup by Mandl, DeGroot, and Murray with the lower lineup comprising of 4 or 5 players that vie for starting positions.

The schedule is laden with top ranked teams including Kentucky, Baylor, Texas A&M, and VCU.  The Cajuns look to compete for a Sunbelt Title this year and and first national ranking since 2006.
