The win in the championship was the 70th doubles victory in his career. Also reached the second round in singles at Baylor ... Reached the final round of doubles qualifying at the ITA All-American Championships with Brandon Fickey ... Played his way into his first career collegiate singles final, losing to teammate John Collins 7-6 (4), 6-2 in the title match of the second flight of singles at the Tennessee Fall Invitational. Also reached the doubles final with Collins.

Missed the Vols' match against Illinois after rolling ankle when serving for the first set against Ole Miss' Chris Thiemann on Jan. 30 ... Went 3-0 in singles at the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic playing on court 5 ... Extended singles winning streak to five matches by opening SEC play with wins at Florida and South Carolina ...
