SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR WU TENNIS AND BASEBALL
Rock Hill, S.C.----The Wingate University tennis and baseball teams have experienced weather-related schedule changes Friday morning. The Bulldog men’s and women’s tennis teams will play for the Food Lion South Atlantic Conference championships on Saturday after Friday’s rains postponed their title quest. The Wingate baseball team will play Newberry at 1 p.m. Friday in Forest City, N.C.
On Saturday, the Wingate men’s tennis team will face Anderson (S.C.) University at the Rock Hill Tennis Center. First serve is slated for 9 a.m. The Bulldog women’s tennis team plays Mars Hill College Saturday at 12 noon, also at the Rock Hill Tennis Center. Live updates are available for both matches.
The Wingate University Sports Network will follow the baseball Bulldogs throughout the Food Lion SAC tournament. The Network will provide a live audio broadcast Friday. Live statistics are also available.

University and Truman State (Mo.) University have produced more Academic All-America® honorees during this time period. Wingate’s 47 Academic All-America® honorees (lifetime) is tops among all SAC schools.
