Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Boston College women's tennis team seniors Lana Krasnopolsky and Lauren Cash have been ranked in the top-10 in the East Regional rankings for singles play and in the top-15 for their doubles pairing. The rankings were released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association earlier today.

Krasnopolsky (Los Angeles, Calif.) earned the #4 spot in the East after a strong fall season that included winning the Flight One singles series at the USTA National Invitational.

Cash (Allendale, N.J.) earned the #6 berth with a strong showing at the ITA East Regional Championships where she defeated several top-ranked opponents earning a spot in the semi-finals.

Krasnopolsky and Cash were also ranked #13 in the East as doubles partners.

Women's Tennis begins their spring campaign against Yale University on January 24 with a 12 p.m. match-up in New Haven.
