Women's Tennis Loses to Harvard 4-3

Cambridge, MA - The Boston College women's tennis team lost a 4-3 decision to Harvard University on Thursday night in Cambridge.

The Eagles won three of six singles matches to split the difference with Harvard, but the Crimson picked up the doubles point with wins in the number one and two doubles matches.

In singles competition, Lana Krasnopolsky posted a win in the No. 1 position with a 6-3, 7-6(4), 6-4 victory.

Freshman Katarina Gajic continued her strong run in the No. 3 singles spot with a 7-5, 6-3 victory.

Brittany Delaney picked up a win in straight sets 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 6 spot.

The Eagles get back to their ACC schedule with a match in Weymouth against Maryland on Sunday March 15 at 10 a.m.
