Raleigh, N.C. - The Boston College women's tennis team dropped two ACC matches down in North Carolina over the weekend, losing to North Carolina State and Wake Forest University.

On Friday, the Eagles lost a 5-2 decision to the Wolfpack on Friday, picking their two points in the No. 3 and No. 6 singles positions from Katarina Gajic and Alina Sullivan both in straight sets.

BC then traveled to Winston-Salem to take on the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest University. The Eagles picked up one point in the 6-1 loss from Sullivan in the No. 6 singles position where she defeated her opponent in straight sets (6-3, 6-3).

The Eagles are back in action this weekend, hosting ACC matches against North Carolina on Friday and taking on Duke on Sunday.
