The Premier Indoor Tennis Facility for South Central Minnesota, Swanson Tennis Center(STC), is located on the beautiful Gustavus Adolphus College campus in St. Peter, Minnesota 70 miles Southwest of the Twin Cities on Highway #169. The Swanson Tennis Center offers a striking indoor tennis environment with natural light and a 65 foot ceiling. Our six courts are surfaced in two-color green with DecoTurf II, the same surface used at the U.S. Open. Our indirect lighting system provides an excellent playing area on cloudy days and at night. Swanson also features an observation deck, lounge and a classroom.

Twelve more beautifully designed courts named the Brown Outdoor Tennis Complex are located directly in front of the Swanson Tennis Center. The Brown Courts features an outdoor observation tower for great viewing of all courts.

The outdoor Karen Gibbs Tennis Center(not pictured);features nine courts that are carved out of the hillside. A grandstand features the main court. Beyond lie beautiful views of the Minnesota River Valley and the historic town of St. Peter.

Three more South Courts are located at the southeast corner of campus, giving the college 24 outdoor courts.
