Gustavus Ranks 8th Nationally in All-Sports Competition
The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and Learfield Sports have announced the final totals for the 2008-09 Directors' Cup and Gustavus finished 8th out of 435 competing NCAA Division III institutions.
Gustavus tennis men dominate NCCA III Midwest regional
Gustavus beat University of Wisconsin-Whitewater 5-0 in the semifinals and Luther 5-0 in the finals to capture the NCAA III Regional.  It was hosted by Gustavus from May 8 to 10.  Other participating

Gustavus beat St. Thomas 9-0 in the semifinals and St. Olaf 8-1 in the finals to capture its third consecutive MIAC post-season playoff.  The top six MIAC teams, including St. John's, Bethel, and Carleton participated in playoff action at Gustavus on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2.
