Nathan Spunda is what Lees-McRae Tennis is all about!   An all-court player with quick feet and elite timing. In his second year as a Bobcat, Spunda continues to wear opponents down with relentless counter-punching and precision passing shots and sevice returns.

Coach says: "Spunda's game is a combination of precise shotmaking and the ability to get a racquet on virtually any shot.  I look for him to continue to improve with more collegiate matchplay and become a marquee player for Lees-McRae College."

Nathan started playing tennis at age 10. He played a large amount of the top junior events in the Netherlands. He was ranked as high as #3 as a junior.
