Orlando, FL- The St. Cloud State University men’s tennis team continued to pave the road of success with a commanding 8-1 victory over NCAA Division 3 opponent Salve Regina on March 12. The win pushed SCSU’s record to 13-2 and 3-1 over their annual spring break trip.

The Huskies swept Salve Regina in doubles with victories from Wojciech Batorski and Jeremy Thompson at #1 by a score of 8-4. Along with #1 doubles, SCSU posted victories from Alex Lesiuk and Kevin Bauleke at #2 doubles in a closely contested 9-8 battle. To round out the doubles, the Huskies gained a win from Kris Johnson and Joe Hodgson at #3 with a score of 8-5.

SCSU also found success in singles and received victories from Wojciech Batorski (#1), Mike Master (#2), Kris Johnson (#3), Shane Ecklund (#5) and Alex Lesiuk (#6).

The Huskies will continue spring break play later today, March 12, with a match against Michigan Tech University. Complete match results against Salve Regina are listed below:
