Flying Dutch Remain Unbeaten in MIAA
The Flying Dutch moved closer to repeating as MIAA champions by posting an 8-1 victory over visiting Saint Mary's on Saturday. Coach Adam Ford's Dutch have a 6-0 MIAA record with two home matches remaining, Albion on Wednesday and Adrian next Saturday. Albion has a 6-1 conference record and was the last MIAA team to defeat Hope. The Flying Dutch have won 15 consecutive MIAA matches since that 2011 loss. With her second flight victory on Saturday, senior Casey Baxter joined an elite group of Flying Dutch players by posting her 50th career singles win.
