No. 26 Gonzalo Escobar has advanced to the round of 32 in the singles portion of the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships. He defeated No. 51 Sadio Doumbia of Georgia, 6-2, 6-3.
A full release will come later tonight after No. 23 Raony Carvalho plays his first round match. Due to a rain delay, all matches were pushed back. Carvalho will play later tonight.
