SEATTLE – The home opener for the Husky women’s tennis team has been rescheduled, after the Seattle snowstorm prevented Sacramento State from getting to town in time for the match originally slated for January 20. The Huskies and Hornets will now go head-to-head at the Nordstrom Tennis Center on Friday, February 10, at 2 p.m.

That will still be the home opener for the Dawgs, who headed on the road for their first matches last week, defeating 32nd-ranked San Diego and falling at seventh-ranked California. The 28th-ranked Huskies (1-1) will be in Minneapolis this weekend to play William & Mary and then Minnesota this Saturday and Sunday.

The rescheduled Sacramento State dual will kick off a run of seven-straight home matches for the Huskies.
