Women’s Tennis Wraps Up Play At ITA Regionals
Saturday, 01/08/2011

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Senior Nicole Miller (Glendale Heights, Ill./Glenbard West) and freshman Sarah Rodefeld (Carmel, Ind./Carmel) closed out play for the Bradley women's tennis team at the USTA/ITA Central Region Championships with a loss in consolation doubles Saturday.

Miller and Rodefeld fell to the Kansas duo of Monica Pezzotti and Sara Lazarevic by the score of 8-5 to finish out play for the Braves at the ITA Regionals.  Miller's consolation singles match was cancelled after expected inclement weather in the Fayetteville, Ark., area forced afternoon play indoors.

The ITA Regionals was the final fall tournament for Bradley.  The Braves are scheduled to open their spring schedule Feb. 4 with a match at Saint Louis.
