BOCA RATON, FL (February 19, 2009) – Florida Atlantic University’s women’s tennis team fell to 2-6 on the season with a 7-0 loss to Troy University on Thursday.

While Troy is a conference opponent the match does not count towards a conference record.

Tight matches were played at no. 1 singles with FAU’ s Natalia Totevska falling in three sets as did FAU freshman Erika Mrazkova.

FAU will next play host to Jacksonville, 1 p.m. Friday at Patch Reef Tennis Center.
