BERKELEY, Calif. - The No. 56 ranked Oregon women's tennis team was swept 7-0 by No. 8 ranked California on Saturday afternoon at the Golden Bears' Hellman Tennis Complex. Oregon falls to 9-12 this season with the loss.

The Ducks lost all three doubles matches to the Golden Bears and didn't fare any better in singles play. All six singles matches were decided in straight sets as the Golden Bears feature five top-50 singles players and two top-20 doubles teams. 

This closest match came at No. 6 singles where Siobhan Cavan took her opponent to an extra game in the first set before falling 7-5, 6-3. 

Oregon has one match left this year as they travel to Washington to battle the Huskies next weekend.
