Women's Tennis Releases 2009-10 Schedule

EUGENE, Ore. - Head coach Paul Reber and the Oregon women's tennis team have released their 2009-10 schedule, which features six of eight Pac-10 dual matches at home in Eugene.

The Ducks will face an amazing six Pac-10 teams on their home courts this season, with USC, UCLA, Washington, Washington State, California and Stanford all scheduled to visit Eugene in the spring. Oregon's lone conference road trip will be to Arizona State and Arizona.

Reber and his squad will also play host to a fantastic collection of non-conference opponents. The Ducks will battle regional foes Portland, Eastern Washington and Portland State to begin the duals season and Boise State and Montana State will visit Eugene in late March. Oregon will also host Big-10 foe Minnesota on Friday, Feb. 19 and SEC opponent Alabama the following Saturday.

The Ducks' biggest road trip will be a foray into Big-10 country in late February when Oregon will play at Purdue, Indiana and Ohio State on consecutive days.

The Oregon schedule also features four fall tournaments and the Ducks begin the spring season with a trip to Las Vegas, Nev. to compete in the Freeman Memorial.

The Pac-10 Championships will close out the season from April 22-26 and will be held in Ojai, Calif.
